Logos must be sent to us in .eps (preferred) or .tiff format, 720 dpi at 100%. Logo set up fee is $50 and will be charged at the time of order placement. Final approval required before production. Any elements of the artwork that are less than .01" (.75 point) will not be reproduced. Sandblasting examples may be viewed here.

Production Time
Standard production time is 10 business days after finalization of order. Orders will be considered finalized upon receipt of purchase order, approved virtual sample, and payment method confirmation.

Rush Service
A rush fee applies to all orders shipped in less than 10 business days. Rush fee is 15% of the order total including shipping

Order information
We will acknowledge all orders by fax or email. If an order is cancelled after production has begun, the customer will be charged for work already completed. If full payment has been received, we will refund the difference. Any changes must be made in writing. Delivery date must be specified at the time of order.

Overruns/Underruns
We produce the exact quantity of units ordered.

Pricing/Quotes
Published prices subject to change without notice. For quantities larger than 500, please call for an individualized quote. Price includes one location sandblast logo on glass. Packaging options may be viewed here.

Shipping
Shipping is additional on all orders. Due to the live nature of the product, all shipments are made by overnight air service. All export shipments are subject to additional shipping, courier and USFWL inspection charges. For information on options for international deliveries, contact our office.

Proofs
All orders require final approval before production begins. Any change will require an additional set-up charge.

Samples
All samples will have "EcoSphere" and the EcoSphere logo on them.

Payment/Terms
50% deposit required with order, balance due when shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and checks (R). Special terms and conditions apply to release order. Contact our office for details.
